Business Description
The inspiration for our authentic wood fired pizza at Fiammé Naperville comes from the source of its greatness. What does this mean? It means that we at Fiammé Naperville are dedicated to the spirit of Neapolitan style pizza.
Our artisinal pizza dough is house crafted every day using imported double milled 00 Caputo flour. We allow our pizza dough to rise slowly, developing a chewy, light structure and fragrant, yeasty flavor. It is hand stretched on a marble slab and topped with authentic Italian cheeses and simple, honest ingredients. The rustic pizza is cooked on the brick floor of an 800 degree wood fired oven for two minutes, producing a blistered crust with a heavenly light char and chewy bite.
Join us at Fiamme’ Naperville to relax, celebrate and eat. Our upscale menu highlights the essence of simple, delicious southern Italian cuisine. Individually hand crafted and wood fired Neapolitan pizzas are showcased, along with mouthwatering appetizers, market fresh salads, freshly prepared pastas and decadent desserts. Sip on our cocktails and signature libations including a thoughtful selection of fine wines, craft beers, scratch martinis and coffee drinks. Dine alfresco on our seasonal patio, watch rustic pizzas cook in our wood burning oven, linger an soak in the unique atmosphere and energy that are the trademarks of Fiamme’.
